CLEAR FROM THE FIRST SERVING
Meals, subscriptions & care.
Ordering and delivery
Prices are in AUD and include delivery within enabled service areas. Lunch arrives from 12 pm to 2 pm; dinner from 6 pm to 8 pm. All dates and times use Australia/Melbourne, including daylight saving. Orders, voluntary cancellations and skips close strictly before 10 am for lunch and 4 pm for dinner on the service date.
Weekly subscriptions
Five-day plans include Monday to Friday; seven-day plans include every day within a seven-date block. Each subscription covers lunch or dinner and one to four tiffins per day. The first block starts two local calendar days after signup, and the first cycle is paid in full. Subsequent cycles are billed automatically every week at your accepted price. There is no trial or mid-cycle plan change. Actual included dates and the total are shown before purchase.
Skipping and credit
You can skip an entire paid, unprepared subscription meal before its dated cutoff. A skip cannot be undone and does not extend the cycle. Its funded discounted value becomes account credit; any uncollected minimum-charge carry-forward is waived. Credit is pending until recorded by the payment provider. Available credit is automatically applied to the next invoice finalised for your account, including one-off purchases or either subscription.
Credit has no expiry, survives subscription cancellation and cannot be transferred, topped up or voluntarily withdrawn as cash. An unpaid scheduled meal does not earn skip credit.
Cancellation and remedies
Before cutoff, an entire one-off purchase can be cancelled for return of its original payment sources. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Meals paid before cancellation was accepted remain booked and can be skipped individually before cutoff. No prorated refund is implied by cancellation of renewals.
If we cannot fulfil a paid meal, we arrange a refund of its cash-funded portion and restore its credit-funded portion. Provider processing and bank receipt may take time. Our voluntary policies do not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Menus and allergens
Review the published components and allergen declarations before ordering. Material food changes are communicated to affected customers. Allergen and dietary suitability changes require your acceptance before the meal’s cutoff. Silence is not consent; unresolved substitutions are cancelled with the applicable remedy. Contact us about any food-safety concern.
Contact and access
Keep delivery phone and access notes current. Profile edits do not rewrite booked addresses. Use “Update upcoming deliveries” in your account to explicitly change eligible deliveries. If a delivery fails, the driver records the reason and contacts the kitchen; the owner arranges resolution.
