What we use

We use your verified name, email, phone, delivery address and access notes to manage your meals, payments, delivery and essential service communications. Clerk manages sign-in and contact verification. Stripe hosts payment collection; the application stores invoice and payment references rather than card numbers. Our email and SMS providers deliver operational messages.

Who can access it

You can view your own purchases and delivery details. Kitchen staff see the information needed to prepare and deliver meals. Drivers see their assigned deliveries. Owner access covers business operations, payment exceptions and support. Staff access is role-restricted and requires multi-factor authentication.

Retention and deletion

The business is finalising its retention and account-deletion policy before live checkout opens. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Financial records required for reconciliation and applicable obligations are retained separately from login access.

Offline use and communications

The app caches only public static resources and an offline information page. It does not store account details, payment pages or delivery manifests in its offline cache. Optional cutoff reminders are off by default. Operational notifications are separate from marketing consent.
